Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We will be posting your product within 1 business day. Courier delivery times may vary depending on each location, natural disasters (pandemics, earthquakes, floods, etc.).

Return and exchange policy

Our return policy is 15 days. After 15 days of purchase, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange. However, the fact must be communicated by email to our emoreesa within 3 days after receiving the product.

To be able to make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of merchandise are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some personal hygiene and health items

To make the return, present the receipt or proof of purchase and it must be requested within 3 days after receiving it.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only partial refunds will be issued (where applicable):

* Books with obvious signs of use

* Any product that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts, is not due to any error on our part.

* Any product that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return item is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return merchandise. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue credit to your credit card or payment method for the purchase within a few days.

Delayed or not received refund (where applicable)

If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be posted.

Then contact your bank. There is generally a processing time before a refund is posted.

Goods on offer (where applicable)

You can only request a refund for regular priced products. Unfortunately, it is not possible to request refunds for merchandise on offer.

Exchanges (when applicable)

We only exchange products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email blko@itis4us.com and ship your product to: 200 Hamlet Loop, Davenport, FL, 33837 , United States.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift during purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the same value as the purchase. You will receive a gift card in the mail when we receive your returned product.

If the product was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver sent the product to themselves for personal delivery, we will issue a refund to the gift giver. This person will know that you requested a return.

Freight

To return your product, you must send it to 200 Hamlet Loop, Davenport, FL, 33837, United States.

You will be responsible for paying shipping to return the product. We do not refund shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $35, consider hiring a shipping service with tracking or insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned product.
